Cyndie was a rising start in 1988 and we had two great photo/video sessions with her that year- in top contest shape (very defined at 160 pounds) and in lush off-season shape (180 pounds) at about 5'8". The shy, but good looking blonde was a top national competitor when in contest shape and for sure would have made a great pro had she stuck around. Among her best bodyparts were biceps which were among the best ever- very peaked. During her off-season session she shows off some very impressive lifts in the gym. Lots of posing in many outfits, the gymwork and interviews. This title is also available on DVD.

Lisa hits the shots in several different dresses, mostly in contest shape, but some of the nicer ones are of her off season in a blue dress with a gorgeous shag hairstyle.

We continue to offer DVDs, video downloads and streaming for long-out-of-catalogue WPW videos from the 80's and 90's. The four women here were all taped in 1985-1986 with our first 3/4" video equipment, so the quality is good but not as good as later material. Doughdee poses in six different outfits, both in contest shape (only time) and off season, Raye is in great off season shape, Shari is in near-contest shape (but big) and Connie is off season, but good shape. All four women pose in a variety of outfits. For Doughdee and Shari, there is dubbed music over the posing, Raye is 'live' for two outfits and dubbed for her other two, and all of Connie's posing is 'live'.

We posted some shots of Emery a couple of months ago, here is another set of photos taken of the 2002 US Championships winner, by another photographer. The 38 year old is 5'1" and about 125 in contest shape here, and the 38 year old hits the shots in a yellow bikini in the gym and a blue bikini top/jeans shorts outside. More on her as part of the US Championships coverage in the December 2003 issue of Women's Physique World.

Heather Foster started competing in the NYC area in the early 90's, and we did our first work with her in 1996 when she became a top national competitor. That material has already been posted on our site, and we just did all new work with her in very top contest shape at the 2002 Jan Tana contest- and it was worth the 6 year wait, as this is about as good as you can get. At 5'5" and 165 pounds she was huge AND chiseled, sporting 17" biceps in contest shape (she promised us a session with her in the off season when she gets to about 200 pounds and her arms are larger). Heather won the 2000 Nationals, and has been placing high in the pro shows since that time.

Denise's skin tight brown mini-skirt looked so good on her, that, except for a few stray shots in some tight riding pants, the entire club of photos is in this outfit. A must-look for anyone who likes gorgeous bodybuilding models in softer (but defined) off-season shape in a very form fitting dress. We received a lot of fan mail for Denise after her recent pictorial appeared in our magazine, and our staff agreed that it is rare to find a woman of 5'2" with this kind of muscular density, facial beauty and sex appeal.

Laurie is an exotic fitness woman who has added large amount of muscle in the past year. In so doing, she has pushed herself into the very top echelon of 'fitness muscle', while at the same time maintaining her great natural curves and fabulously groomed good looks. At 5'6" and 125 pounds, Laurie is a lean fitness muscle machine. She's got loads of sinewy muscle especially in her biceps, triceps, abs and back. Rounding out Laurie's package are her strong legs that are lean and shapely including great calves.

Hayley poses by the Revolutionary War cannon in the WPW red tube dress in terrific late afternoon light. She was just off her top cut contest shape, but you would hardly know it as she still had good definition to go with her impressive size - 140 pounds at 5'2". Hayley is very strong when in the off-season, and she just finished dieting for her shows.

Take that classic facial beauty and combine it with a figure that would be incredible even before weight training. Then, add the muscle and you have a physique package that would surprise us if she did not place very high in PRO shows within the next few years.

In the two short years that we have known the now Pro Bodybuilder Karina we have done quite a bit of work with her. This is due to her pleasing physique, extreme physical strength and breathtaking facial beauty. Most of the previous work with her was in or near contest shape. Here we have her posing, mainly in lingerie, at a mouth-watering 5'2" 160 pounds! Even at that huge size, she had great muscle definition.
