Beautiful Buff Babes pump iron and keep their body in shape, from well toned fitness babes to herculean strong muscular women.
The Nationals is the top amateur contest of the year and we are posting photos from the bodybuilding and figure events during May and June 2011. We start here with the prejudging of the bodybuilding event, and John Nafpliotis' photos include all of the women in the show, including: the top 4 in the Heavy Class (Amber DeFrancesco, Juanita Blaino, Tina Zampa and Kate Baird); top three in the Light-Heavy Class (Monique Hayes, Juella Bernard, Lisa Bruton), Middle Class (Julia Korfhage, Janet Kaufman, Jessica Simonet) and Light Class (Marina Lopez, Margarete Negrete, Christina Taylor). Amber DeFrancesco was the overall winner.
WPW photographer John Nafpliotis photographed the prejudging only of the fitness event, and similar to the figure women during the morning show, the fitness women pose in a bikini and heels while doing their quarter turns. There were two classes and all the women from both classes are featured, including the top 3 in Class A (Sherry Boudreau, Rachel Patton and Paula Gulman) and Class B (Lena Mishin, Meridith Miller and Kim Stroup.
Classes E and F are the two tallest height classes in the figure events, and all the women in these two classes are featured here. Included are the top three placers in Class E (Sheri Fisher, Allison Moyer and Megan Reynolds) and Class F (Rebecca Bowers, Emily Zelinka and Andrea Holliday). All photos by John Nafpliotis.
Carol was a top amateur competitor from New Jersey during the early 90's and participated in this "Millionaire Mike" skit around 1993. In other such skits Mike was looking for women to sign for his agency, but here, Carol was wondering why he, nor anyone else, had not contacted her for a contract. So, once again, many posing scenes follow, some arm-wrestling and hand grips to check out her strength, in order for Carol to find out once and for all if she is 'good enough' for a contract.
Caron/Sarah was a trained ballerina for many years before competing in bodybuilding contests in the early 90's. As for many dancers, they were told by the instructors their legs were 'getting too big', though this turned out to be an asset for Sarah for her competitions and photo/video shoots. The beautiful blonde was a bit stiff from recent gym workouts, so she stretches her 17" calves and 26" thighs before hitting the bodybuilding poses (including upper body as well) in swimsuits and dresses.
The following divisions from this contest are featured here: the heavyweight class of the 35+ Masters and all weight classes for the Masters 45+ and 55+. The women in the 35+ heavyweight class include the top four- Gerri Davis, Bonnie Pappas, Michele Ivers-Brent and Kris Clark, among many others. For the 45+ division, women shown include: Lightweight top three Stacey Pillari (Overall 45+ winner and new IFBB pro), Elizabeth Schneider and Margaret Negrete; middleweight class Ellen Woodley and Minerva Gonzales; and heavyweight class Bonnie Pappas, Kris Clark, Gerri Davis and Michele Ivers-Brent. For the Masters 55+ class, long time competitor Carmen Brady won it, followed by Ann Gannon and Dee Lazard. WPW photographer John Nafpliotis took all the photos.
Moving to the Nationals session, Heather poses in her blue bikini, another fabulous batch of photos of one of the best physiques ever, great looking with nice long light brown hair. At 5'7" and 160 cut pounds in contest shape, she is fully developed everywhere, featuring huge arms, back, chest, triceps, and some of the best thighs and calves in the history of the sport. In contest shape, her biceps and calves push the tape to almost 17" and she has 27" thighs.
Carl had never seen a woman bodybuilder in person- enter 'Melanie Fair' as his first date. She was a top national competitor in the early-mid 90s and was in huge off-season shape for this session, sporting huge 16" arms, and you will enjoy Carl's rather awkward statements of awe while he watches her pose in several outfits.
April and Holly were top and most beautiful fitness competitors in the early 90's, and this skit involves the two women trying to answer the long standing question- which is better, blonde or brunette fitness women. The women were in lean contest shape around 1993 when this was taped, and they do bodybuilding style comparisons in bikinis and dresses to get the viewer's viewpoint as to which fitness look is 'better'.
