Bonnie is from Massachusetts and has been on the national scene for several years, placing 11th in the 2008 Nationals, 6th in the 2009 Nationals and won the heavyweight class of the Masters Nationals Over 45 in 2010. She was in incredible shape at that latter contest when WPW photographer, John Nafpliotis had this photo/video session with her. She was totally chiseled at 5'6" 150 pounds and is quite strong during training, which includes 10 reps at 405 pounds for squats and 100 pound dumbbell presses for reps- not bad for a woman pushing 50! Bonnie hits the shots in a bikini and one dress. The video footage is now available on WPW DVD 758.
