Beautiful Buff Babes pump iron and keep their body in shape, from well toned fitness babes to herculean strong muscular women.
In some early Ray Martin videos the physique models posed in a hairpiece to differentiate their look from a WPW video which may have been taken around the same time. In some cases, fans had no idea who the 'new' woman was, but in this case, most caught on to the fact that "Gina" was really the top Canadian star, Melissa Coates. She was in very top shape in 1993 when this was taped- she thumbs through some bodybuilding brochures offering videos of other women, noting that she blew them all away and wanted her own taping...lots of posing in several different outfits shows that she was correct.I won the Lightweight Division of the 2007 Team Universe. Let me rephrase. I am the 2007 Team Universe Lightweight Bodybuilding Champion. Woah! That sends chills down my spine. It gets even better, though, folks. As a reward for winning the only drug tested NPC event at the national level, I earned a spot to represent the U.S. at the 2007 IFBB World Amateur Women’s Bodybuilding Championship in Spain on September 21st.
This was better than a pro card.
This was worth waiting for.
Muscle Woman Loretta Lynn McGrath was born and raised in the Bay Area of California, in the small town of Santa Rosa, that lies a little over an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge. She has 2 older brothers and a older sister who all grew up with her. Loretta’s father was in the construction business and instilled the hard work and determination mentality that comes with construction, to all his children. In addition, he also taught them all how to lift properly and pushed them to do their best in any physical challenge.
With Loretta’s 2 older brothers and her older sister as her immediate sibling competition, it even put more pressure on her, to excel to the family environment. From an early age Loretta pushed herself and has seen results, such as an arm wrestling competition in 4th grade in which she beat every girl and boy up to the 6th, which is one of the small things that stood out in her mind that she always had success in.

Now don’t get carried away with your pocket protector and break out a debate on circuit analysis…a girl’s gotta have her limits. ![]()
Rebecca Rush is a fitness model and figure competitor from Ohio. Although standing at only about 5′2″, Rebecca packs a whole lot of punch. Her exotic looks, shapely arms and defined calves are her trademarks. One of the remarkable things about Rebecca is that she just began serious weight training in 2002. It usually takes much longer to get a body as sleek and defined as hers. She must be a miracle of perfection.

Danielle says “So now after five years of competitions I have moved up the ranks and I placed in the top five at several national level shows in 2006. My BIG goal for 2007 is to get my IFBB professional status in figure and then I would like to compete in the Figure Olympia in the same year. My short-term career goals include to headline my own NPC or IFBB show, opening and managing my own supplement store (with the help of my sponsors), and eventually I would like to have my own gym with a dance studio inside and to !! I know that my dreams will come true very soon, I am thankful for the support of those who help me. I am also so grateful for the constant support from my sponsors, for believing in me and giving me the freedom to train and focus on my career goals, and allowing me the opportunity to be part of a great winning team.”
I’m currently a pharmacy student at Ball State University. I already have a bachelor degree in Dietetics. I have been lifting twelve years, competing for 8 years. During those years I competed in bodybuilding off and on for five years and figure for 3 years.
Fitness Model, Competitor
Figure is much more suitable for me since I have a natural physique with lots of soft feminine curves. In my heart, natural, healthy feminine muscles is what female bodybuilding and fitness should be about.
