Bonnie is from Massachusetts and has been on the national scene for several years, placing 11th in the 2008 Nationals, 6th in the 2009 Nationals and won the heavyweight class of the Masters Nationals Over 45 in 2010. She was in incredible shape at that latter contest when WPW photographer, John Nafpliotis had this photo/video session with her. She was totally chiseled at 5'6" 150 pounds and is quite strong during training, which includes 10 reps at 405 pounds for squats and 100 pound dumbbell presses for reps- not bad for a woman pushing 50! Bonnie hits the shots in a bikini and one dress. The video footage is now available on WPW DVD 758.

In addition to the amateur bodybuilding and pro bodybuilding and figure, the Arnold Classic also features a pro fitness event. The photos here feature the fitness women during prejudging, where they do their quarter turns in a bikini. Top women include Adela Garcia, Julie Palmer, Tanji Johnson, Trish Warren and Oksana Grishina.

Suzy was from California and although one of the most muscular on the scene in the early 90s, she did not compete for long. She did grow up on a farm and developed a lot of her strength and muscularity at that time, resulting in a powerful 165 pound physique featuring 17" biceps. She was also great at arm wrestling and shows off versus Fred for several scenes inbetween posing in several outfits.

Lindy and Paula were top national bodybuilding stars in the early 90s, and Lindy was also a ranked powerlifter. Both women were in town for a bodybuilding contest in 1994 and played the parts of "Holly" and "Lee", discussing their upcoming show with a new 'look'- long blonde hairpieces. The two discuss their love of the sport, their fans and how they developed their physiques during posing sessions in several different outfits in top contest shape.

During the figure events, the women do their quarter-turns in a bikini and one-piece - both in high heels. Both outfits are featured here, and top women competing include Nicole Wilkins, Erin Stern, Heather French, Mindi Smith, Felicia Romero, Larissa Reis, Monica Brant and many others. In addition to the Pro shows each year at the Arnold Classic, an amateur bodybuilding contest is also held, one which features American women and those from overseas as well. WPW photographer John Nafpliotis did all the photos, and this amateur event featured some very impressive women: in the heavy class Maria Bello won (and Overall as well), followed by Salla Kaumen, Nidia Hermosilla and Kat Kyptova; the middleweight class features winner Marina Lemenovskaya, Sherry Gray, Lisa Taubenheim among others, and the light class was won by Lisa Aranda. The photos were taken at the prejudging when the women were hitting the compulsory photos.

Class F is the tallest class at the Figure Nationals, and all photos were taken by John Nafpliotis. The contestans are shown doing their quarter turns in bikini and heels. Women shown include class winner Michelle Bates, followed by Amy Puglise, Katy Dean, Jessica Smith and Rebecca Bowers.

Arminda (sometimes known as Latia) was one of Canada's top women in the early 90's, and we taped this video with her in 1993 in top contest shape. The 'theme' of the tape is that she cannot figure out why so many men stare at her when out shopping, as she thinks she looks like everyone else, dresses like everyone else, etc. However, if this footage is any indication, she does sort of look different from other women shoppers, and some of her outfits are racy, so....Arminda poses in that variety of outfits- her entire physique is well developed, but featuring great legs and calves.
